Of Sound Mind by Ronnie Dorsey is semi-autobiographical. There was a sell out performance at the Barrow Street Theatre New York in December 2010.

Yvonne O'Grady will take the role of Woman. The director is Mark Leipacher with design by Adam Toussaint and lighting by John Tapster.

Yvonne O'Grady has just been in the UK tour of ‘Hairspray’. She is the regular character Yvonne Casey in ITV’s ‘Coronation Street’. Her stage credits include in the Award winning ‘Spring Awakening’ at the Lyric Hammersmith and at the Novello London. She has played seasons at the National Theatre, the Globe and at the Old Vic including in All About My Mother’ with Lesley Manville and Diana Rigg.

Ronnie Dorsey has been a poet and performer for many years. She has been involved in all things costume, wigs and make-up in theatre, film and TV for forty years. The highlights include 17 projects for the Peter Hall Company, as Costume Supervisor for John Gunter, many West End transfers, off-Broadway successes, Fringe Firsts, and working with important new playwrights such as Brian Dykstra and Adam Rapp. She was costume designer for ‘Screwmachine /Eyecandy’ by C.J Hopkins directed by John Clancy and for Scamp Theatre and Birmingham Stage Company.

Since 2004 she has been a performance poet of her own works, a playwright and producer. In 2009 she produced ‘Becoming Marilyn’ starring Issy van Randwyck at Assembly Edinburgh Festival.

Mark Leipacher is associate director on Michael Morpurgo’s ‘Private Peaceful’ at Underbelly’s Pasture and for the recent Scamp sell out UK tour. He was assistant director to Anthony Page for Noёl Coward’s ‘Design for Living’ at The Old Vic Theatre. He has directed Schiller’s ‘The Robbers’ at The Theatre Royal Bath.
